Cockerel/Rooster - New Home wanted or Advice

I am looking for advice or a good home for an 8 month old cockerel/rooster - We have had it from being 1 1/2 weeks old (hatched at a local primary school - yr 2's were learning about life cycles). It has been living at my sisters farm since then, but unfortunately it had become very dominant and seems to have taken a dislike to my sister and is charging at her. She is unable to collect her hens eggs!!! She also has two very small children and is worried it may attack them. She lives locally and would like it to go asap.
Hope someone can help!!

Why not ask Adora? She's very much into chickens!
